When they turn the lights out and the crew go off to bed which is around 3 hours into a long haul flight you can move around and I do it subtly so it is not obvious. Most people in those classes are already asleep and finding an empty bed is fairly easy. The beds are still short and not great so it is great to test out the more expensive seats.
