This seems like a thoughtful yet sad movie. Now I really want to know if Fern gets a happy ending. I remember Frances McDormand from the sci-fi, Transformers: Dark of the Moon and I remember she was great in that too. Good review.

It is a sad movie, and yes, very thoughtful. In a way, though, it's not that sad, because she gets on with her life and she meets good people on the road.
I really think you will enjoy this.
