Yes it is spaghetti carbonara. When talking to each other about what sauce we are having for dinner on our pasta we just say white or red sauce, meaning cream or tomato sauce . A red sauce is usually a Napoletana sauce. If we are having like a bolognaise sauce or something we just call it by name. If we are mixing a carbonara sauce with a Napoletana sauce we call it a pink sauce . We do not have that a lot usually it is what we give one of the kids if they don't like cream sauce .
Sounds somewhat reasonable. There's a few missing if you ask me, but it's probably a cultural thing 😃
