RE: Prices to Mexico and other central American countries rising big time this summer

The last rugby world cup i went to I was let down by someone who promised me tickets. I was already booked and ready to go only to find out he had sold those tickets so he could go for free instead. He received 10 tickets for free for every match as they were sponsors and he sold 9 of them to cover his expenses and turn a profit. He was a family member on the wife's side and was never forgiven because he is a prized prick pulling that move. I paid 4 x the amount for most of the matches and he has tried to make peace, but he showed who he was and this was 10 years ago and he is still a prick.
