Dating Myself on Tom Sushi
The cinema was on the top floor, while Tom Sushi was on the first floor. I raced against time so I wouldn't have to eat in a hurry. Sure enough, when I got there, it was the last order time. Phew... that was close.
After being shown to my seat, the waiter handed me the menu, and because there were so many choices, the waiter kindly recommended some of the favourite dishes. But I wasn't interested, so I finally decided to order salmon tartare, tamagoyaki, and chuka idako gunkan. For my drink, I ordered cold ocha with free refills until I was full. Ha ha ha.
While waiting for my order, I could have eaten the dishes already available on the conveyor belt. The price depends on the colour of the plate for the conveyor belt dishes. However, afraid of getting full, I snacked on gari or pickled ginger until my order arrived.
The gari sushi is free and you can eat as much as you want. I snacked on it from the original flavour to dipping it in soy sauce or soy sauce mixed with chilli powder. Believe me... as I type this, my mouth is watering. I can still remember how delicious the gari I ate that time was.
About five minutes later, my order arrived. Lengkao. Salmon tartare, salmon sashimi, and tamagoyaki.
First, I drank some ocha, then started with chuka idako gunkan. It was my first time eating chuka idako, or fermented baby octopus. It turned out to be very tasty, and I liked it.
The salmon tartare was also very tasty, and the salmon didn't smell fishy at all. I dipped the salmon in soy sauce. It was very tasty.
Finally, I ate tamagoyaki, or Japanese omelette. It tasted standard. It was even very cold. Or is tamagoyaki served cold here? I don't know. But I still enjoyed it.
While I was eating at the last minute, new customers came in and were welcomed and served with a smile. They could only purchase the ready-made menu items on the conveyor belt. Since the visitors agreed, they were allowed to enter.
The comfortable atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food made my day at Tom Sushi satisfying. I will definitely return here another time.

Gosh, all those foods on one table will really make someone drool over it. I haven't really tried sushi ever. And of these foods are really unfamiliar to me, they look really fresh though. Then watching to a wide screen later after this? Sounds so good to me. UwU
