Sorry to hear about the rat trouble in your garden those little guys can really be a nuisance especially on a Monday morning 😅 It's great that you are being mindful of the homeless cats by skipping poison. Maybe the cats just have not learned to hunt rats yet or they are getting enough food from you and others!
