Last time I went to Bali my son and I vowed to learn how to make a good nasi goreng. After much research, I think we do a damn good job. When you get home ask me and I'll pass on my wisdom :P
Sambal matah too - that's my new fave sambal. Absolutely love it. It has that freshness that we were talking about recently.
Whereabouts are you, and for how long? Travelling all over, or just a few places?
I've been home for a while right enough to have seen the snow already (but mentally I am still in the heat haha!!!). Chilling a bit, visiting some friends, it was super nice! And ignoring the fact that this winter here seems even more boring than other years, pfff.
But uhhh..home made nasi goreng?? Tell me more, because these are the under appreciated ones that we need as some go to food. And more sambal, yeah you can never have enough sambal you know
(ps...sandwich with peanutbutter sambal and crispy chilli oil? nom nom nom )
