RE: Unexpected trip to the heart of Mordovia – the city of Saransk

@travoved Wow… I have to admit, this trip feels like a mix of adventure, survival mode and a little bit of “life just happens” 😄

-25°C?! Respect! I complain when it’s just slightly cold, and here you are casually traveling, handling bureaucracy and still finding energy to explore the city 👏

Saransk looks really interesting – especially with all that snow and those beautiful buildings. There’s something magical about cities in winter, even if your fingers are probably freezing while taking photos 😅

Also, I loved the part about local languages and books for children – that’s such a beautiful way to keep culture alive ❤️

And of course… tasting local cuisine is always a must, even if the wallet cries a little 😄

Thanks for taking us on this unexpected journey – definitely not your typical trip, but probably one you won’t forget anytime soon! 😊

Thank you for attention for this post. As I figured out temperature feels different depending on humidity levels and wind strength. Also, even in the cold, discovering something new is always more interesting than sitting at the train station waiting for your train.
As for languages, the situation varies slightly across different regions of the country, but generally speaking, they do try to publish books not only in the official language but also in the languages of ethnic groups.

And I hope next posts will not borrow you too😜
