The hotel itself was awesome and if we would have the budget and the renovations are done, I'd say yes! But f you're on a budget I would choose a place to stay on the West Bank (that's what we did after the 2 nights) overall things are more affordable and you get hassled a little bit less and you're close to all the sights on this side of the Nile!
We're hopefully coming back to Luxor to do the balloon rides, then taking boat to Aswan.
