RE: Travel scams: The really cheap taxi ride to tourist hot-spots

It is amazing to see some of these countries on this list and shows a lack of regulation. When you consider a place like Dubai where a taxi takes less than 2 minutes to pick you up has 4 cameras inside and there is no crime. There are set fares and tourists are welcomed because they help create jobs. Places like Thailand and Vietnam should be doing everything to make sure tourists are treated like royalty because without them they are in trouble.
