It won't be easy - my main meal is a bowl of soup for lunch and meat with vegetables in the evening, plus a couple of apples at night when I'm really hungry))) Try it! -10 kg and a completely new sensation of lightness in the body.

Hahaha, it's not easy. I think I'll stick with my intermittent fasting diet, which has helped me a lot.
