in some countries advertising in this way is prohibited or you must obtain a permit from the municipality to advertise on cars
does this kind of advertising require a permit there ?

I am not in the know, but my country has a lot of restrictions everywhere. Hmm. Sometimes I also see a gigantic ICECREAM on the top of cars. And images printed all over the cars, are very frequent too.
