We have a fast track queue in Johannesburg and always forget to book ahead. We will be travelling again soon and will be booking this service as it saves about an hour at immigration. When you have flown 10 hors you want a bed and saving the extra hour is a no brainer. Also a corrupt airport which a service like this should never be required if everyone did their jobs.

With Phuket I never believe that they are every trying to actually convenience anyone. Everything CAN be nice in Phuket if you are willing to pay for it. There is no such thing as general complimentary "service" there though. It is one of the most evil places on earth as far as the nickel and dimeing is concerned.
