#1246 - Camp John Hay Park Shots for Wednesday.

Happy midweek fellow dearest Hiveans around the world! The road to weekend ahead is much shorter now and is slowly coming into view. Keep up the hard work but no need to rush. A little progress each day adds up to big results. Let us keep on connecting and sharing wonderful Hive moments. May your Wednesday be smooth and full of smiles☺️.

Now for our daily shots one late morning at Camp John Hay Park in Baguio City with my wife and I, together with a few friends, spent the noon here to chill, breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy a simple lunch outdoors. The weather was perfect, the sky was a beautiful and the tall pine trees all around made the whole place feel calm and refreshing. Just walking around the park with the smell of pine in the air already felt like therapy.

We did not plan anything fancy for food. We just did takeaway from Jollibee with boxes full of famous Chickenjoy pieces, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside plus some Starbucks drinks to go with it. I got my usual matcha while my wife went for her favorite coffee. There is something special about eating simple in the middle of nature. We found a nice spot with a green table under the trees.

One of the cutest highlights of the day was our friend's fluffy dog at the park. This adorable pup with a red bandana around its neck was happily playing nearby, tongue out and looking so jolly.

After eating, we took a slow walk around the park, passing by the picnic areas and paths. My wife posed for some photos on the cement trail with the pine trees behind her with the towering trees and blue sky as background. Our friends were busy snapping their own pictures as well. You really need documenting every corner.

We stayed here for couple of hours just enjoying each other's company with the cool weather and the peaceful vibe. No rush, no noise, no stress just good food, good coffee, and great company. It is amazing how a simple plan like bringing takeaway chicken and coffee to a park can turn into a slow memorable day.
