#1211 - Atok Flowers Farm Shots for Wednesday.

Happy Wednesday dearest Hiveans all over the world! Hope you are doing great today. We are halfway through the week already, so take a deep breath, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the little moments. Moving on to our daily shots before sunrise at the Northern Blossom Flowers Farm in Atok, Benguet. The air was kind of cold that wakes you up and makes your nose feel a bit frozen. I was with my wife, our boy Joaquin and a bunch of our relatives. Everyone was rubbing their arms but smiling. We made the long trip up the mountain super early to beat the crowd.

The farm stretches across hectares and hectares of land, rolling down the steep mountainsides and we had to rely on a big wooden arrow sign pointing us exactly where to go next. Without those helpful sign, we probably would have just wandered off.

Then, the very first thing that caught my eye were the endless rows of Snapdragons. They looked exactly like waiting to say good morning to us. Joaquin absolutely loved them and kept pointing. Walking past these tall rows felt like strolling a rainbow.

Right beside them is where we found patches of colorful chrysanthemums. These were puffy blooms in different shades. A few steps later, we hit the rows of orange marigolds. The orange was so bright and touching the petals proved they were very real.

The funny part of the farm was seeing the rows of ornamental cabbages. They looked similar like the cabbages we eat but with pretty pink and white centers. My wife loudly joked that we should pick some to cook later that night.

Scattered near the trail ground were these cute clusters of tiny white flowers. They looked like little drops of fresh tiny cotton balls.

We spent a good hour just taking silly family photos and breathing in the cold Cordillera air. Our relatives had an absolute blast. Sharing this magical place with family was simply perfect wonderful memories.
