#1188 - Tiny Insects Shots for Friday.
A fantastic Friday dearest incredible Hive family all across the globe! Wishing everyone a safe and incredibly happy Friday. Leave the stress behind, switch off your work mode and go enjoy the freedom. Cheers to a wonderful weekend ahead๐!
Now for our daily shots with my wife and I after jogging at the University of the Philippines Diliman Campus near the famous Sunken Garden. It had rained quite a bit over last night so the ground was still watery.

As we slowed down, my wife suddenly stopped and pointed toward a cluster of plants near the sidewalk. She had spotted something so we walked closer and there were several red cotton stainers scattered all over the leaves. These insects are hard to miss because of their bright red and black colors.

The ground was still wet from the recent rains and the leaves still had water droplets. I thought the rain would have driven the bugs away, but they were just strolling casually on the plants. We watched them carefully how they moved with their antennae twitching.

There is a large cotton tree standing tall right above us bearing fluffy white cotton. It was amazing to see the whole ecosystem right there in the middle of the campus. All these little insects were thriving under the cotton tree and on the plants below. It was a beautiful, unexpected discovery that made our morning jog even more rewarding.
