Now for our daily shots, one morning with my wife, my son Joaquin and I went on a hike to Aurora Lighthouse. It was already late morning and the sun was high up and a bit warmer and more humid. The trail up to the lighthouse was rocky. We had to watch our footing with every single step to avoid twisting our ankle or slipping.

We were making progress while chatting and enjoying the scenery until we reached the midway point. Joaquin has his foot that makes it difficult for him to walk on uneven surfaces. The rocky trail was just too harsh for him. He tried his best to push through but he had to stop which we understood. He told us he physically couldn't continue and we don't want to force him to risk injury.

Joaquin wait for us at a safe spot along the path while my wife and I went on to the top to reach the lighthouse. The climb became steeper and the rocks felt loose. When we finally arrived at the area where the lighthouse is, our effort was worth it. The structure stood tall and overlooking the vast ocean.

The view from up here was breathtaking. We could see the deep blue sea with the coastline and the lush greens surrounding us. We took some time to catch our breath and snapping photos. Standing here, looking out at the horizon, I felt a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. It was a beautiful challenging morning.
