Now for our daily shots, it was a beautiful morning in Manila when my wife and I did a quick stop at one of the most iconic landmarks in the country which is the Manila Cathedral. We were already in the area passing by and exploring the historic walled city of Intramuros and felt a visit to this church would complete our morning.

The sky was clear and the sun was shining bright. We were still star struck by the church beauty and its intricate architecture.

We spent a good amount of time just walking around the outside of the cathedral. From a distance, it looks magnificent but up close, you will truly appreciate the artistry involved in its construction, the pictures don't do justice to it.

We slowly casually made our way around the perimeter while still admiring the stonework. It felt peaceful here despite the bustling city just outside the walls. It was a humbling experience to stand before such a historic place of worship.

My wife and I took turns snapping pictures of the cathedral from different angles, then moved on to taking some selfies together. We wanted to have proof that we were here together once again for thecnth time on this lovely morning.

One of the highlights of our little photo session was posing in front of the large closed doors of the church. These doors are massive and intricately designed. Standing next to them made us feel so small. We took a few selfies right here with the impressive doors towering behind us. This was a perfect way to spend a good morning, appreciating the beauty and history of the Manila Cathedral.
