It is 4/20, and a few citizens were out celebrating this special day because of its historical significance to the city. There used to be large protests in the past, when crowds gathered for the cause of cannabis legalization on this particular day. After legalization, the festivities... err... I mean the protests moved from the art gallery to the beach. Gentle folk gather on the beach to soak up the vibes. Today was no different. It was one of the warmest day we've had in a while with temperatures reaching about 20 deg C (68 F). I was passing near the beach on my way to some non-cannabis related errands when I took this shot at sunset.

We're having a warm spell with temps above normal, and the days are getting longer. It was 7:48 PM when I took the picture. 😎
