In today's time it is very difficult to obtain fresh vegetables on a daily basis. Especially if you are living in city area. That's because in my country we usually depend solely on vendors, local market, super market and all. As it is difficult to get fresh vegetables from the fields. Under typical circumstances mostly in our country it is close to impossible to get fresh vegetables. As the local vendors takes drastic measures to keep the vegetables fresh. Also in supermarkets who knows when the vegetables were purchased and were those collected from fields or grown in other ways.

Which is why, I was literally excited on a latest trip of mine to one of my Aunt's house. She lives in the village area and she has huge land where she has been cultivating different types of vegetables, fruits. In addition she also has few ponds where she has been farming fish. Not forget she also has a cattle farm where there are cows and goats.

TOMATO GARDEN

Ripe tomatoes hanging on the branches. Man that feeling is awesome. To be honest, there was a time when I used to go to my village home quite often. I used to explore these fields and get to have some of these fruits and vegetables. I still remember those memories as if they happened couple of days ago.

As you can see the tomato garden is probably the largest garden out in here collection I would say! The place was huge and I was literally exploring all the fields in scorching sun. And to my luck it was probably one of the hottest day of the month. So overall, I was being cooked in the sun and also exploring these gardens one by one. Since the trip was short I was keen to explore as much as possible during the time I was free.

I noticed few plants of Red Amaranth which was scattered beside the tomato garden. It is one of my favorite vegetables of all time.

CHILLI GARDEN

This is what's happening in the chili garden. I mean there are multiple plants growing and also you may have noticed there are buds in some of them while there are chili ready to be devoured grown on some plants. Noe there are few types of chilis growing on these plants. One is red pepper hot chilis. I mean these chilis are so spicy that it literally burns the mouth. The sensation is literally insane. Especially for those who can not have spicy they will literally cry on their first bite. I am pretty sure the people living out in here can have spicy items at their peak.

The transformation is visible in this plant. As you can see the black chili behind the branches, which will eventually convert its color to red in the coming days. While this red hot chili is already showing its true color at its peak.

The black chili on the right hand side of the image below, is quite an exquisite chili which will eventually be one of a kind. Usually these chili are the best known for the spicy flavor. I remember I had them once few months back, thinking that these chilis are probably going to be mild spicy, since the size was below average. But all these expectation of mine was shattered once I had a bite of this chili. Man, was I mistaken. I had to have sugar and who knows how much water I had to drink to get away with that tingle, spicy sensation through my mouth.

Overall, we ate most of the items in our lunch. I must admit it tasted a lot different than the usual vegetables that we eat in our homes. Afterall they are fresh indeed.
