Kangkong is such an impressive crop to grow—it shoots up so fast once it gets going in those trays! Seeing that quick progress from seeds to lush greens is always super rewarding,,, ♥️

It's our first time growing it so it's pretty exciting. We'd grow more if they turn out okay :)
