RE: Most places are safe to visit as long as you aren't an idiot

So for 80% of the world extreme caution which I do anyway and a bit nuts because a place like Portugal which is safer than SA are the same color. It also depends where you are in that particular country as there are no go areas and those are on a different danger level. Common sense has to be used wherever you are.
