RE: Metro trains have a "fare cap" but it only applies to Thai people

I'm just happy they have the trains at all. The first time I traveled to BKK many years ago there was no train system and it was an absolute nightmare to get to or from anywhere in that city. I'll gladly pay a dollar extra.
