I guess each country has bigger cities similar to these two, where you can only blame yourself for being scammed, robbed if you visit them. People are kinda same everywhere and some dedicated areas are the same too, but who knows.
In any case, never a dull moment in these cities it seems :)

Yeah, I just don't get how people go to well-known scammy places and then act all surprised when they end up getting scammed.
