This is very characteristic of dolls from Tonalá, a city and municipality within the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area in the state of Jalisco in Mexico. Just Google "Tonalá Jalisco Mexico Dolls". Also, see the link below. This is most likely the shop that made this.
The grandmother looks very nice with that outfit, you can appreciate asimple view that is a virtuous woman, the doll is beautiful, unfortunately I must admit that we do not accept anything from her, thank you very much for this material dear friend @ karenb54
