Nope, I can't pick out a favorite peony! My columbines are like the one on the lower right in your photos. The others certainly look interesting. I would love to have a nice rhododendron in my yard. My neighbor has a few up against her house, and they seem to survive winter and the deer quite well, so maybe I should give it a try.

I love Rhododendron and Azalea in the spring. You should get one and watch it grow over the years. They can get quite large.
