This one is called portulacaria afra.
You can trim the top so it will branch a bit more and plant the tip to have a second plant :)

Thank you very much for the advice! I will definitely keep it in mind. It's still a small plant, but in the future I would like to show its growth. I'm not really sure if it gets that big
