It's been one and a half month here in Mumbai and it's time to get back to Muscat. Leaving home I always find it heavy on my heart. It's just for little while, after all in Muscat also is home only. In a day or two it all settles down again and life get on as as always. It's been 10 years I have been doing this to and fro and every time it's the same feeling. When I had newly shifted to Muscat, people there would tell me that in a matter of few years I would not like going to India, but that never happened with me. I still long to come back as equally as it was 10 years before and all these years.
Friends are there in both the places, but back home I also have family and my childhood friends which makes it different. Once year is a long trip and then there are other 2 to 3 short visits which I make to India in a year. The long visit is always in December and January, because that's the time when majority of the occasions are there. A lot of people are on leave and are in relaxed state. Also some of my friends who are settled in other countries they do come down for holidays, so it's the best time to be back home.

I had an amazing time. There were some weddings and other events that I attended and met many of my friends. Then I had couple of mini travels, where one was a spiritual retreat and the other was visiting my Mom. I am all happy and satisfied and even though I am feeling sad, at the same time I am happy that I spent a lot of quality time. The beginning few days of the holiday were rough because I had to attend to hubby's health and hospitalization matters. After that it was all smooth and good.
It's going to be a long break before I travel back again as I have some other travels also planned. Packing was a task this time because I have loads of luggage. I am overweight by 2 kgs and I am keeping my fingers crossed that at the airport they will not create any hassles for me. I enjoy travelling but this is the part I do not enjoy, especially the unpacking part.
Tomorrow I will see you all from another part of the world. Till then good-bye. I still have loads to write and share about my India trip which I will be doing it in the days to come.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
