We visited Baler two years ago with our kids and that climb definitely tests your endurance in the heat. My daughter practically melted halfway up but the view was worth every drop of sweat. We're actually planning a bigger trip to the US next year and I was looking up Delta Airlines phone number to check their international routes from Manila.
