To Be Happy

Happiness cannot exist on every level nor in any place. My happiness includes learning how to navigate life’s hardship with skills & experiences of how to Find & Experience Inner Peace and Comfort. There will be days when I experience stressed, fatigue or even the blues.

And for me it is alright not to have perfect happiness every time and instead learn coping skills to gain well being.

One of my favorite sayings is, ”Happiness is within you, so do not try to defend to anyone to feel secure Happy “. It signifies to me that my happiness should rise from my soul and my happiness is only in my soul .

It does not matter where it rises and from where you feel security; for me when I’m unhappy i love taking a trip away that it gets me out of routine and gives me the break of my life it allows me to have a rest, clear and rest my mind by being with the sight of natural wonderful scenes and experience other cultures, taking a break from my normal life, my routine routine and i love it. Traveling is the only time i feel free.

Or going somewhere away from my hometown and feel relaxed even for sometimes .

Beside i love listening to songs, i love playing it or i love to spend quality time with my family &friends and I love eating of the food which are my favorit and I love to go out to take a trip away or trip. And it is ok too . “Just always remember how great it is you are how happy I make me feel the rest of the happy I make me have a nice day ” I strongly believe happiness must exist in my body and not elsewhere nor outside or around me.
