Yup... But prices (food ingredients, transportation, and accommodation to a certain extent) are super low here, so if you have some dollars/euros in your pocket, you are a king here. Buses are low but still run and only 0.1 euro for a trip. Metro looks fine, has completely modern trains, and the same 0.1 euro for a trip on average.
