Winter rally fairy tale in Šumava (AUT) - Janner Rally 2026

Hello, everyone. As promised, I want to be a little more active in 2026 than I was last year. And I'm starting with a fresh event that I attended last weekend. My friends and I agreed that after many years, we could visit the first rally of the year, which takes place immediately after New Year's celebrations in neighboring Austria. More precisely, on the Austrian side of the Šumava Mountains. The field of competitors was very diverse, and the conditions were truly wintery, including freezing temperatures. So it was clear that there would be plenty to see from a spectator's point of view. And I must say that there was definitely plenty to see and photograph. Ahoj všichni. Jak jsem slíbil, chci být v roce 2026 o něco aktivnější než v roce loňském. A začínám s čerstvou akcí, které jsem se zúčastnil o uplynulém víkendu. S kamarády jsme se dohodli, že bychom po letech mohly navštívit první rally roku, která se jede ihned po oslavě Nového roku v sousedním Rakousku. Přesněji na Rakouské straně pohoří Šumavy. Závodní pole bylo velmi rozmanité a k tomu skutečně zimní podmínky včetně mrazivých teplot. Takže bylo jasné, že z diváckého hlediska bude na co koukat. A musím říci, že rozhodně bylo na co koukat a i fotografovat. Užijte si zimní pohádku a příště zase u dalšího článku.
