My Actifit Report Card: April 28th 2026
Quite the active day today!
Grass cutting to get some steps in right after breakfast, with coffee to recharge MY batteries while the lawnmower batteries were charging ☕️🔋
A walk on the beach with herself when she finished work.
Then a gentle plod around the wetlands with my running group, where we did a couple of laps, then 4 minutes of 2 exercises, then another 2 laps and different 2 exercises, and one more set like that. Legs, hips, and lower core were the focus today.
On my return home, I had to take a little look at the plum tree, which seems to be thriving now. Last autumn it was producing more fruit than we could reasonably eat, and herself LOVES plums! 😂
I’ll have to figure out a way to preserve some this year, so if you have any suggestions, I’m all ears 👂
