Thames Barrier and the London Bear - My Actifit Report Card: June 7th, 2026

Today was the day I flew back from London Heathrow to Berlin. It was another long day with plenty of walking, since my flight didn’t leave until early evening. Before I had to check out of the hotel at noon, I took a quick walk across Connaught Bridge to the Thames Barrier, where I took the photos I’m sharing with you this time. On the way to the airport, I got off at Paddington Station to grab a coffee and a bite to eat in Hyde Park; and, of course, to take a photo of Paddington the Bear.
Heute war Rückreisetag von London Heathrow zurück nach Berlin. Auch ein langer Tag mit einigen Schritten, weil der Flug erst am frühen Abend ging. Bevor ich um 12 Uhr aus dem Hotel auschecken musste, bin ich noch eben über die Connaught Bridge zum Thames Barrier gelaufen, von wo ich euch diesmal auch die Bilder mitgebracht habe. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen bin ich noch an der Paddington Station ausgestiegen, um im Hyde Park noch einen Kaffee zu trinken und etwas zu essen und natürlich auch ein Foto von Paddington, dem Bären, zu machen.
