In the Mist - My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2026

It was a bit of a shock but as we stepped outside this morning, we found ourselves in the middle of mist and fog. It actually felt great as we knew we had a long day of walking today and this was pretty good weather to do so. Maybe a bit too good as the wind would make it even colder and I was not prepared for it as I just had shorts and a tshirt. The coffees along the way helped keep me warm.

It was nonstop adventures as we did a walking tour to learn about the local history. It is amazing how the stories come alive even after hundreds of years. We often forget how history is full of ups and downs and have had impacts to our cultures and borders no matter the place things occur. It was fun and it got me plenty of activity which meant that no formal workout again today.
