Uncomfortable Travel - My Actifit Report Card: December 20 2025

Today was our travel day as we head back home to spend the year end and Holidays with the family. I am supposed to be off from work but I am sure I will need to attend some items. However, I also have a large to do list as I have some meetings for a number of projects I have in progress. They are all converging on timing so it will remain a challenge as I balance it with everything else. It is good to be home from a couple of days.

I took the travel day to be active in the airport as we waited for the flight. It was early so we had the terminal without much activity. I got some coffee and snacks for the family a couple of times which helped with some pacing. Unfortunately, the ride was rough for me as I had to sit in the middle and my back continues to have issues. It may be a long two weeks with the issue and trying to remain active.
