Nativity scenes made of sand (Jesolo, Italy)
Good morning, Hive friends,
Welcome back to my blog. Today I'm sharing a truly spectacular experience with you: the creation of a sand nativity scene. I had never seen anything like it before, and it's undoubtedly a true art form.
We are in Jesolo, in the Veneto region, in northern Italy. It's a seaside town very famous in the summer for its wide beach and entertainment for young people. In fact, some of the most important beach nightclubs in Italy are located here.

Bentornati sul mio Blog. Oggi condivido con voi un’esperienza davvero spettacolare: la realizzazione di un presepe di sabbia. Non avevo mai visto una cosa del genere e senza dubbio si tratta di una vera e propria arte.
Siamo a Jesolo, nella regione Veneto, al nord Italia. È una cittadina di mare molto famosa in estate per la sua spiaggia ampia e i divertimenti per i giovani. Qui si trovano infatti tra le più importanti discoteche sulla spiaggia d’Italia.
However, Jesolo is also a tourist destination in other seasons. For example, in winter all the shops are decorated with Christmas themes, and the restaurants are open for those who want to enjoy a good fish menu.
One of the main attractions of this season is precisely the nativity scene made of sand. Artists from all over the world participate in this exhibition with their sculptural art.
Jesolo, però, è turistica anche nelle altre stagioni. Ad esempio, in inverno tutti i negozi vengono decorati a tema natalizio, e i ristoranti sono aperti per chi desidera mangiare un buon menu di pesce.
Una delle attrazioni principali di questa stagione è proprio il presepe fatto di sabbia. A questa mostra partecipano artisti da tutto il mondo con la loro arte scultorea.
Unfortunately, these are short-lived works, because sand is not eternal. But perhaps that's precisely why they are so special!

There is such an exhibition area in the city of Antalya, Turkey. It is called the Sanland Antalya Sand Sculpture Museum. Similar shapes are also featured in this museum. The lion-shaped sand sculptures are truly eye-catching. It was also a smart move to display this exhibition on the seashore and in a popular area.
