Good morning to all my dear friends in this community; it is a pleasure for me to greet you on this Thursday.

Tuvo un viaje recientemente al centro occidente de Venezuela a un lugar que ya había visitado el año pasado, pero a pesar de que ya había ido cada experiencia y aventura se vive de manera diferente esta vez salimos muy temprano desde la mañana a las 5:00am aproximadamente para poder llegar bastante temprano, inicialmente nos repartieron a todos una oración del Año Jubilar Coromotano ya que se era el objetivo de esta visita y el viaje vivirlo de manera espiritual, el viaje transcuro trancurió las primeras horas sin problemas gracias a Dios e inicialmente llegamos a un peaje que lleva por nombre los Pinos justamente ya en el estado Lara.

He recently travelled to central-western Venezuela, to a place he had already visited last year; but even though he’d been there before, every experience and adventure is lived differently. This time, we set off very early in the morning, at around 5.00 am, so that we could arrive quite early. To begin with, we were all given a prayer for the Coromotano Jubilee Year, as the aim of this visit and the journey was to experience it in a spiritual way. The journey went smoothly for the first few hours, thank God, and we soon reached a toll booth called Los Pinos, right in the state of Lara.

Estar en este lugar me hizo recordar cuando era una jovencita de 12 años, que tuvimos un campamento del colegio hacia un lugar muy cercano de este viaje que llevaba por nombre Agua Linda, me transporté justamente al pasado y recordé lo maravilloso que había sido ese viaje con cada uno de mis amigos en la actualidad conservo 2 de esas amistades y automáticamente lo recordé a ellos, la parada en este viaje era para poder desayunar y realizar nuestras necesidades, ya que como sabrán hay que aprovechar cada parada para poder ir al baño.

Being in this place reminded me of when I was a young girl of 12, and we went on a school camp to a place very close to where we were travelling now, called Agua Linda. I was instantly transported back in time and remembered just how wonderful that trip had been with each of my friends; I’m still friends with two of them today, and I automatically thought of them, The stop on this trip was so we could have breakfast and use the loo, because, as you know, you have to make the most of every stop to pop to the loo.

Yo desayuné unas deliciosas arepas de que su mantequilla y mortadela que había hecho un día antes, para así poder mejorar cierta cantidad de dinero para el viaje ya que siempre hay que optimizar los recursos económicos, desayune de una manera diferente con compañeras nuevas que no había conocido, como también una que ya había viajado anteriormente a este viaje del año pasado, me sorprendió bastante que el lugar tenía un clima totalmente increíble estaba siendo bastante frío e incluso la neblina estaba bajando.

I had some delicious arepas for breakfast, filled with butter and mortadella that I’d made the day before, so that I could save a bit of money for the trip – as you always have to make the most of your finances. I had a different sort of breakfast with some new friends I hadn’t met before, as well as one who’d already been on this trip last year, I was quite surprised by the absolutely incredible weather there; it was quite cold and the mist was even rolling in.

Tenía mucho tiempo sin experimentar lo que es el agradable clima de la neblina, bajando refrescando, ya que desde el año pasado no viajaba hacia un lugar que estuviera así era totalmente reconfortante, tranquilizante sin duda alguna quedé sorprendida de esta maravilla que me estaba regalando Dios, en un lugar que aparentemente se ve caliente pero me sorprendí por completo lo agradable que estaba el clima en este peaje Los Pinos, también debe ser porque era bastante tempranito en la mañana y aprovecha la neblina para bajar, cubrir la zona.

It had been a long time since I’d last experienced the pleasant misty weather, cooling me down as it settled, as I hadn’t travelled to a place like this since last year; it was utterly comforting and calming. Without a doubt, I was amazed by this marvellous gift from God, in a place that looks hot at first glance, but I was completely taken aback by just how pleasant the weather was at the Los Pinos toll booth. It must also have been because it was quite early in the morning and the mist was taking the opportunity to descend and blanket the area.

Por último después de terminar de desayunar todos el chofer comenzó a llamarnos por medio de la corneta, para que siguiéramos nuestra ruta rumbo al pueblo de Santa Rosa en el estado Lara que se encontraba aproximadamente 3 horas y media más del lugar, en donde nos encontrábamos me encantó mucho el poder disfrutar del clima de este lugar y así poder recargar energías desayunando.

Finally, after we’d all finished breakfast, the driver began to call us via the horn, telling us to continue on our way to the town of Santa Rosa in Lara State, which was about three and a half hours’ drive from where we were. I really loved being able to enjoy the weather there and recharge my batteries over breakfast.
