Hello, Dear Readers.
Hi everyone, how are you all? I hope you're doing great—I'm doing really well. As the title says, I'm getting out of town for a few days. Stick around and I'll tell you more.
I was in the middle of looking for a job—and still am—but one of my sisters told my dad she had a surprise for his birthday. So when she told him over a video call, it turned out it wasn’t just for him but also for my mom, and I was part of the plans too. The truth is, it was a trip out of town for a few days; I had no idea where we were going, but we arrived around 5:40 AM since the bus was leaving at 7 AM. But I’ll tell you something—on the way there, we got ripped off. One of my sisters had bought the ticket on February 26th, and the departure date was Sunday, March 14th. When we got there, some girls said those tickets weren’t valid. There was a little argument because the person who sold them no longer working there anymore.
It got to the point where it was 9 a.m. and we still hadn't left the city—all the buses were arriving, but that one never showed up that day. The bus line is called Sol y Mar, and they had to figure out a way to send us on a bus with air conditioning. My nephew was coming too, but sadly he got sick. When we reached the first toll booth and the first terminal, I had a pretty good idea of where we were headed. I was enjoying the trip despite the setbacks we’d had, but I still didn’t know where we’d be staying or anything like that. I also took some photos of the companies that travel to different destinations around the country, and a photo with my dad at the first stop the bus made. I hope you liked my story—don’t miss the next ones, which will be even better.
Thank you all
