Visitamos el 7-Eleven en Tailandia [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! tengo tantas cosas por mostrarles sobre nuestro viaje a Tailandia que no sé como seguir, pero hoy decidí contarles sobre un lugar que visitabamos a diario Pawel, Olivia y yo mientras estabamos allí, sí, se trata de la tienda 7-Eleven, el primer lugar al que fuimos cuando llegamos a Tailandia y un lugar donde consigues un montón de cosas y que además está abierto las 24/7.

Hi, everyone! I have so many things to show you from our trip to Thailand that I don’t know where to start, but today I decided to tell you about a place that Pawel, Olivia, and I visited every day while we were there. Yes, I’m talking about the 7-Eleven—the first place we went when we arrived in Thailand, and a place where you can find all sorts of things and that’s open 24/7.

Y no solo nosotros, probablemente muchos turistas que van a Tailandia van al 7-Eleven a diario, y es que esta tienda es famosa porque vende comida rápida y barata, artículos de aseo personal, alcohol, muchos snacks, productos de belleza en miniatura (que yo compré varios y se los tengo que recomendar), el famoso inhalador nasal (que por supuesto mi esposo compró), bebidas, dulces, entre muchas otras cosas.

And it’s not just us—many tourists visiting Thailand probably stop by 7-Eleven every day. This store is famous for selling fast, inexpensive food, toiletries, alcohol, plenty of snacks, miniature beauty products (I bought several myself and highly recommend them), the famous nasal spray (which, of course, my husband bought), drinks, candy, and much more.

Nosotros ibamos allí cada mañana para comprar los famosos sándwiches para el desayuno de los cuales tienen con distinto relleno (pero nosotros siempre comiamos el de queso) y debo decir que son deliciosos, y lo que más recuerdo del 7-Eleven es el famoso sonido al entrar a la tienda, o la sonrisa de las personas que trabajan allí atendiendo, y es que la gente de Tailandia es tan amable y eso es algo que también extraño de allí, sí, a la gente amable y sonriente.

We used to go there every morning to buy their famous breakfast sandwiches, which come with different fillings (but we always got the cheese one), and I have to say they’re delicious. What I remember most about 7-Eleven is the familiar sound when you walk into the store, or the smiles of the people working there serving customers, because people in Thailand are so friendly, and that’s something I also miss about the place—yes, the friendly, smiling people.

Además de los sándwiches, los productos de belleza y el inhalador, nosotros también compramos allí productos de aseo personal, frutas para Olivia, galletas, agua, helados, dulces deliciosos, muchos snacks (algunos con sabores raros que no nos gustaron jajaja), y por supuesto la cerveza Chang (algo para acotar es que aunque la tienda está abierta las 24/7 hay horas en las que no venden alcohol y es que si mal no recuerdo el alcohol está a la venta allí desde las 11 am y después de la media noche ya no venden más alcohol).

In addition to sandwiches, beauty products, and the inhaler, we also bought personal hygiene items, fruit for Olivia, cookies, water, ice cream, delicious candy, lots of snacks (some with weird flavors we didn’t like, hahaha), and of course Chang beer (something to note is that even though the store is open 24/7, there are times when they don’t sell alcohol—if I remember correctly, alcohol is sold there starting at 11 a.m., and after midnight they no longer sell any more alcohol).

La verdad a nosotros nos encantó visitar el 7-Eleven, gran atención, buenos precios, y variedad de productos conseguiamos allí, y lo mejor es que en Tailandia hay muchos, así que no se preocupen porque seguro donde vayan va a haber al menos uno. Así que sin duda alguna sin van a Tailandia tienen que visitar esta tienda, se las recomiendo, y estoy segura que les va a encantar tanto como a nosotros.

To be honest, we absolutely loved visiting 7-Eleven—great service, good prices, and a wide variety of products. And the best part is that there are so many of them in Thailand, so don’t worry—wherever you go, there’s sure to be at least one nearby. So if you’re heading to Thailand, you definitely have to check out this store. I highly recommend it, and I’m sure you’ll love it just as much as we did.
