Hola a todos! si hay algo que nos encanta a mi esposo y a mí, es disfrutar de hermosas vistas y lindos lugares mientras tomamos algo, y les cuento que Bangkok es una ciudad llena de espectaculares rooftop bars para hacerlo, así que claro que en nuestra última noche allí teníamos que visitar uno más y la verdad es que nos encantó, se trata de Heaven Rooftop Bar & Lounge donde la atención es espectacular y además tenían música en vivo por lo que la pasamos maravilloso allí.

Hi everyone! If there’s one thing my husband and I love, it’s enjoying beautiful views and lovely spots while having a drink, and let me tell you, Bangkok is a city full of spectacular rooftop bars where you can do just that. So, of course, on our last night there, we had to visit one more—and honestly, we loved it. It’s called Heaven Rooftop Bar & Lounge, where the service is spectacular, and they also had live music, so we had a wonderful time there.

Lo bueno de este lugar es que nos quedaba muy cerca del hotel donde nos hospedamos que fue el Pullman Bangkok Hotel G (y del cual les hablaré pronto) por lo que nos fuímos hasta allí caminando. Una vez allí elegimos una mesa y luego nos trajeron el menú que por cierto era muy variado, entre bebidas y comida, como siempre yo elegí un mojito y mi esposo eligió algo llamado Made in Silom, ambos estaban deliciosos, y suficientemente cargados de alcohol lo que me encantó para Olivia le pedimos unas papas fritas y unos nuggets que por cierto todo estaba delicioso.

The great thing about this place is that it was very close to the hotel where we were staying—the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G (which I’ll tell you more about soon)—so we walked there. Once there, we chose a table, and then they brought us the menu, which, by the way, had a wide variety of drinks and food. As always, I ordered a mojito, and my husband chose something called “Made in Silom.” Both were delicious and had plenty of alcohol—which I loved. For Olivia, we ordered some french fries and nuggets, and everything was absolutely delicious.

Ya les había dicho que la atención allí fue muy buena y lo vuelvo a rectificar, nos atendían muy amablemente todos los chicos, y con Olivia eran muy cariñosos, le trajeron una paleta de sandia cuando recien llegamos y siempre pasaban a saludarla. Mi esposo y yo estabamos encantados con las vistas y disfrutando de la buena música pues algunas eran en inglés y otras supongo que de allí pues no las entendiamos pero sonaban bien.

I’d already told you that the service there was excellent, and I’ll say it again: all the staff were very friendly, and they were especially sweet to Olivia. They brought her a watermelon popsicle as soon as we arrived, and they always stopped by to say hello. My husband and I were enchanted by the views and enjoyed the good music—some songs were in English, and others I guess were local since we didn’t understand them, but they sounded great.

Más tarde yo ordené otro mojito y mi esposo una jarra de cerveza Chang, la cual le pusieron en una mesa al lado y alguien siempre pasaba a servirle jajaja. Sin duda alguna nos encantó haber ido a este lugar, y la verdad se los recomiendo si van a Bangkok y quieren disfrutar de buenos tragos, lindas vistas, buena atención y buenos precios, pues nosotros en total pagamos 1530 THB o 46 dólares aproximadamente y pasamos un rato maravilloso para despedirnos de Tailandia.

Later, I ordered another mojito and my husband ordered a pitcher of Chang beer, which they placed on a table next to us, and someone was always coming by to refill it, hahaha. We absolutely loved going to this place, and I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Bangkok and want to enjoy great drinks, beautiful views, excellent service, and reasonable prices. We paid a total of 1,530 THB—about $46—and had a wonderful time saying goodbye to Thailand.
