Disfrutando del atardecer en la isla Ko Chang [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! algo que hacíamos o intentabamos hacer casi todos los días mientras estabamos en la isla Ko Chang era ir a ver el atardecer, fue una experiencia relajante y divertida tanto para nosotros como para Olivia, y es que no solo veíamos el atardecer, también nos acercabamos a la orilla del mar para escuchar las olas y mojar un poco nuestros pies (que era algo que le encantaba hacer a Olivia), además a esa hora el nivel del mar estaba más bajo y también podíamos disfrutar en la parte seca.

Ahora bien, como les he contando en algunos de mis post anteriores, nuestro hospedaje en la isla Ko Chang estaba ubicado en White Sand Beach, y la verdad es que para mi fue la mejor playa de las conocí, allí era donde ibamos a ver el atardecer cada día, y en ese momento también bailabamos, escribiamos nuestros nombres en la arena y nos hacíamos algunas fotos y como pueden ver en ellas Olivia imitaba las poses de mamá jajaja.

Otra cosa buena de esto es que pudimos hacer una foto de los 3 de recuerdo (algo que anhelabamos mucho), y ya saben que teniendo un niño pequeño conseguir esto es bastante difícil, digo, conseguir una foto donde los 3 miremos a la cámara jajaja, y aunque probablemente no es la mejor foto, la verdad es que a nosotros nos encantó, tanto así que la imprimimos para nuestra sala de entrada jajaja.

Para finalizar les cuento que también podían ver el atardecer mientras disfrutaban de una bebida en algunos de los restaurantes de allí y es que ellos tenían muchas tumbonas donde podías relajarte, nosotros dejabamos esto para después, pues en ese momento solo estabamos allí en familia disfrutando del mar y del hermoso atardecer en hermosos tonos rosado y naranja y es una experiencia super recomendada si van a la playa.

Hi everyone! One thing we did—or tried to do—almost every day while we were on Ko Chang Island was go watch the sunset. It was a relaxing and fun experience for both us and Olivia, because we didn’t just watch the sunset—we’d also walk down to the water’s edge to listen to the waves and get our feet a little wet (which was something Olivia loved to do). Plus, at that time of day, the tide was lower, so we could enjoy the dry part of the beach too.

Now, as I’ve mentioned in some of my previous posts, our accommodation on Ko Chang Island was located at White Sand Beach, and honestly, for me, it was the best beach I’ve ever seen. That’s where we went to watch the sunset every day, and during that time we’d also dance, write our names in the sand, and take some photos—and as you can see in them, Olivia was imitating Mom’s poses, hahaha.

Another great thing about this was that we were able to take a souvenir photo of the three of us (something we’d really been hoping for), and you know that with a small child, getting this is pretty difficult—I mean, getting a photo where all three of us are looking at the camera, hahaha. And even though it’s probably not the best photo, the truth is that we loved it so much that we printed it out for our entryway, hahaha.

To wrap things up, I’ll mention that you could also watch the sunset while enjoying a drink at some of the restaurants there—they had plenty of lounge chairs where you could relax. We saved that for later, though, because at that moment we were just there as a family, enjoying the sea and the beautiful sunset with its lovely shades of pink and orange. It’s an experience I highly recommend if you go to the beach.
