Day 2937 | Saying Goodbye Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

Tuesday was my last full day here in Hua Hin which I mostly used to say goodbye. I went out in the late morning to my favorite breakfast place called Morning Cups to get a green tea and to write a big letter to my girlfriend which turned into a small book that took about 2 hours just for the first draft.

Afterward, I went to Market Village one last time to get some small notebooks to write the letter in properly. I also got some enveloppes to give some gifts which I did after I got back to the Cleaning crew here who were surprised and also to the laundry lady who also kind of didn't know what hit her.

Once that was done, I headed over to my favorite restaurant which made me really feel at home in the otherwise party street which Soi 94 is. I also gave them a gift (Belgian Chocolates) and started writing my letter properly there which didn't last long before I bought the owners a drink and played some nice games of pool.

Eventually I went back to my room to finish the letter but my girlfriend came over early to spend the night and I took ~40 minutes to complete it while she was here. I also ordered a taxi for the next day and give the people who run the condo a small gift. We went out a last time to Baan Khun Por food court to get some rice soup afterward and once back I went for a final swim/sauna while we went to bed quite early.

Next Day Goals: Wednesday and partially Thursday will be a long travel day back to belgium. I will leave here at 11:00 to catch my Flight in Bangkok at 18:20 first to china and afterward back to Belgium.

Oh, no, it's time to say goodbye, Thailand. But nevertheless, you have so many beautiful memories there that you can share to your loved ones in Belgium. Your generosity to people is so adorable. Have a safe flight! 😇

Drafting a book length love letter and rewriting it in another nice notebook?

Women these days rarely receive love letters, let alone an entire book. I'm smiling just thinking about her going through all your butterflies and thoughts.

If anything, I enjoy to write and it's was a nice way to kind of the wonderful times we had while looking ahead to what's next as we will be apart for some time.

That's a bit sad, but I'm glad you left her with some reassurance. That love letter will keep her going while you're away.
