Created in 2015 a creation by an Italian street artist "Millo" as part of the Vilnius Street Art festival.

A creation by Lviv born Zoe Sever and gifted from the Embassy of Israel to the city of Vilnius in 2023 to celebrate two anniversaries: the 700th birthday of Vilnius and the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between Israel and Lithuania.

Apparently ancient history merges with the vibrancy of modern Israel. Its title symbolises the words of a modern zionist, Theodor Herzl.
