STREET ART #254 – «No Soil, no Life»

When I was in Quatre-Borne last month, I found this on a wall at one of the bus stations. Passed the stastion on my way to the metro stastion. The letters form the words: NO SOIL NO LIFE. When you look closer you will notice that that the first letters shows earth without plants. Then the letters starts to show plants / life.

The oganization behind this wall is SOPE / Save Our Planet Earth. I found out that the organization was founded in 2011. When I checked their web -site I learn that the work with environment protection. They are involved in projects like planting trees, cleaning the beaches, recycling etc. The have campaignes at schools to raise awareness among childring and youth.

The artists are Earth Buddies and children from a school in Belle Rose (located close to Quatre Bornes). I don't know anything about any of them. Just read it on the wall. But the message is clear: We only have this one planet, so we have to save it. It it always great to see this kind of projects that involves children and schools.
