Just enough time to enter the medina, trust a boy I had never seen before, climb almost above the town - and somehow see far more than twenty minutes should have allowed.My driver dropped me off near the entrance to the medina of Moulay Idriss and gave me twenty minutes to look around.Twenty

Werrington lakes Reserve parkrun was the second half of our New Year’s Day double back in 2020 it was my 46th different event. They had coordinated well with the Penrith lakes parkrun team and the was ample time to travel between the two without having to rush. Lots of the locals had just run between the two which would have been an extra 10
