They sell toiletries and t-shirts in every country in the world, you do not need to bring your entire bathroom with you when you travel.
That's our travel mantra: "they have shops there".

there really isn't a lot that you cannot replace whereever you are going. It also takes a load of stress off of your mind to not feel like you need some sort of elaborate checklist to get to your destination. If it isn't a computer or a phone or underpants, I don't worry about bringing it.
don't even worry about undies, unless you're wearing a skirt and it's gonna be windy
