Oh, okay, it is nice to have your own place, and I have lost count of how many times I have moved over the years. We have the habit of living lean, as then when we move, there is less to pack and to transport. My mom used to call me a nomad. !LOL
I hope that you will be happy there and that you will grow a forest of cactii.
