Hello family, good evening!! Today I want to share with you the Succulent Growers community run by @nikv — some wonderful flowers that several plants in the garden offered this morning. Spring is already here, and they know it!
Throughout this post, I will also be sharing characteristics, colors, and experiences of the species. I hope you all enjoy it. Have a great weekend.!
Hola familia, Buenas Noches!!

When I wake up, after washing up and having breakfast, I always go up to the garden to see how the plants are waking up.
This encounter was moving—it was full of flowers that seemed to come from a fantasy planet. The Adeniums dressed themselves in shades of red, pink, white, orange, and yellow. In addition, the variegated Astrophytums, with their perfectly geometric shapes and golden touches that look as if painted with light, expressed their splendor.

These Astrophytum myriostigma variegated plants don’t need flowers to captivate; their silence is elegance, their slowness is wisdom, and their appearance is unique.
I feel like telling you that for me, cacti are a passion and a way to release stress at the start of the day. All species of the Astrophytum genus will always be among my favorites in my collection.

This orange-yellow and green one is my favorite of the genus, named Astrophytum myriostigma forma nudum 'Koh-yo'. It loves sunlight in spring and summer.
According to experts, the number of flowers depends on the health, size, and age of the cactus, as does the bright color of the Astro. These images are especially for @nikv—may they enjoy the photo shots and some variegated varieties.

While the Adeniums shout with color in their flowers, the Astrophytums whisper with their essential form.
The first thing that stands out about these plants is the intensity of the obesum, popularly known as desert rose, always showing off its exotic hues.

The deep red colors are very eye-catching in the garden. I would recommend them for collectors who love these beauties.
Worldwide, many of these Adeniums are identified by numbers, as they feature a wide variety of grafted hybrids.

The contrast comes from the thick caudexes, with their almost desert-bonsai appearance—those bulging bases that store water and rise up from the pots, looking like small living sculptures, Mandrake-style from Harry Potter lol.
Each plant seems to have its own character: some are slender, others robust, all with that aesthetic somewhere between arid and ornamental.

The combination of the floral exuberance of the Adeniums and the structural sobriety of the cacti creates a divine balance. It is a garden where the ephemeral and the permanent coexist: flowers that last for days against forms that seem unchanging over time.
It is always decorative to plant several cacti in the surrounding area. You won't believe how much they progress when grown together in the same plot of land.

More than just a space on my rooftop garden, this place is a living gallery. Each pot tells a story of patience, care, and passion for plants.
And in spring, that effort literally blooms into a spectacle that invites you to stop, observe, and let yourself be surprised. Because, in the end, it's not just about plants. It's about how nature, even in small forms, can fill any corner with beauty.

The most original part of the collection is the way of creating art through roots: altering the behavior of the caudex and rhizome for aesthetic and artistic purposes.
I always love achieving these different shapes in the trunks. I take them completely out of the container and leave them with almost no organic matter.

Thanks you so much @reachdreams and @ecency for the support, family!! 😊☺️🤝
Amazing! Not only was I blown away by the first two succulents, especially their texture and colours, but when I saw the roots, I couldn’t believe my eyes; they’re absolutely stunning. Let me tell you, you’re doing a brilliant job. It’s great therapy, too. My grandmother used to love gardens and cacti.
But then I see those wonderful flowers, those colours that stand out against the green, and yes, succulent flowers are unique and very beautiful; they don’t last long but they’re well worth it. You have a lovely garden; well done. A big hug!🤗

Thank you very much @avdesing for your support on the post. I must tell you that my garden helps me a lot to relieve the daily stress from work, and also to start the day more motivated.
These flower-filled sunrises are always so beautiful, and even more so in spring—it's a spectacle of colors. I'm sure I'll be taking more photos of the garden in the coming months, and now the flowering of the Astrophytum genus should also begin.
Thank you for your help and your motivating comment—I'm always happy to hear your words. Best wishes and have a great weekend!! 😊☺️🙏

How wonderful it is to start the day that way—it helps in so many ways. Plus, the garden is beautiful and full of variety! Thanks again!

Your adeniums look fantastic! I've never had much luck with them, our cold winters aren't good, they truly prefer tropical temperatures
I always like to show them to you, my friend. It's a shame the climate in your region is very cold, but have you ever tried having some? Maybe they could adapt to the place…
Did you see the Variegated Astrophytum with Kikko? How beautiful. That mix came from seeds here.. 🤩
Greetings @nikv, thank you always for your support. Hugs from Cuba. Happy Sunday !! 😊☺️🙏
Your astros are impressive! I have some Adeniums but if I leave them outside in winter, they will die (I've lost 2 already that way) and if I move them inside, they refuse to go dormant and they won't flower 🤷♀

Adeniums look like something that I'd love to have. Unfortunately I also need to take into account that I'd have to be able to fit them inside for winter and it is already crowded.
Greetings @miosha 😊👋.
Here on the island of Cuba, adeniums mostly grow super well. It seems they like the tropical Caribbean environment.
Miosha, but try growing one or two adeniums — maybe they will adapt to your region. They would just grow more slowly, since in cold weather the seedlings take longer to develop.
A hug, my friend. It's good to know you liked some flowers from my garden… Thank you for your comment 😊☺️🙏
The Adeniums remind me of a Madagascar palm I used to own.
Hello @solominer 🫡👋
Ahhh yes, it must be that species from the Pachypodium genus — let me show you, bro, let's see if this is the one you mentioned you know from Madagascar.
A hug, bro. It's good to know you liked the adeniums. This year I want to create new hybrids. 😊🤝
The one in the photo is Pachypodium Saundersii.
