after a few days journey we were returning home on a night bus from Pune. the road was bumpy so we didn't get much sleep. early this morning the bus dropped us on the Goan side of the highway near the Terekhol river that forms the border between Maharashtra and Goa. we had to cross the bridge to get a rickshaw to drive us the rest of the way home. the foggy dawn views from the bridge were subtle and delicate and soothing to my sleepy eyes which were first drawn to this small slender pram anchored just off the riverbank. it stood out nicely in the low light and the neutral still gray water

I love the way the boat looks like it's anchored on paper! Like it's a copy of itself. Very cool perspective.
thanks and well put description. the combination of dawn light and fog made it especially soft and the river was as still as could be. in the low light the reflection lacks color and appears more like a shadow.

I love those quiet, soft mornings before the world wakes up and shatters it...mind you nothing is quiet in India.
thanks a lot
